If you had had a pair of Midisticks at your disposal - What would you most likely to do with them? - How would you use them?
If you're still not sure what Midisticks are, imagine that you had a magic pair of drumsticks and that when you tapped them on your mouse mat - it sounded like cymbals, and when you tapped them on a tabletop it sounded like a snare drum

;D I wanted to vote in the pole but was only given the chance to pick one answer. I would use them for practice, rehersal, play/fun, busking. Thanks

Excellent - Thanks.
I can tell you they are FUN! ;D
To tell you a little about me:
I was taught drums and software at school. I played in a dance band for many (around 26) years, and got thoroughly tired of the extra time required to transport and setup my kit.
I've never really been convinced by the feel or response of any of the electronic kits I've tried. None of them. And many have just as much gear to transport as a traditional kit.
I wondered one day what the future might hold - What was the least a drummer had to carry?
We're working hard to ensure that the response the sticks give, is as good as they can be.

{Heheheh!} - Us Midisticks admins have control over your Karma here! ;D (Cue Twilight zone / X-files music).
Keep visiting and I'll bounce you up... (See?)
News, not much to publicly report recently - We're always working on them don't worry about that - Been spending more time with my head stuck in VST code than working on a video - I've produced a poor quality video, which I might put on a private area of the website. I'd really like to have something better-looking for the live site.
I'm currently working on reducing mistriggers and improving sensitivity. Don't get me wrong - They're already PDG, BTW, but there's room for improvement. Obviously "No Mistriggers" is the goal, but that's hard to do.
We're also trying to a manufacturing / distribution partner and a beta tester in the UK (near SW London, UK would be nice). So spread the word to anyone you think might be interested.
If any of you visitors are ever in town, be sure to get in touch.

I've been giving demos and starting to port to OS X, and so the stick dev has had to take a back seat recently.
